Walter Hoerman MD
Dr. Hoerman founded Lilac City Pediatrics in 1996. Since completing Medical School and his Pediatric Residency Training at the University of Connecticut, he has been practicing pediatrics in Rochester since 1988. He is on staff at Frisbie Memorial Hospital.

Mitchell Pivor MD
Dr Pivor joined Lilac City Pediatrics in the summer of 2005 with 20 years of experience in Pediatrics. He attended medical school at Tulane University in New Orleans, completed his Pediatric Residency Training at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse NY, then went on to complete a Pediatric Fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital.

Nancy Strafford Hesko ARNP
Nancy Hesko, a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner specialist, has been a vital asset at LCP since 1996. A graduate of SUNY Stony Brook and the Yale University Graduate Program in Pediatric Nursing, Nancy combines a vast depth of pediatric medical knowledge with a special warmth and caring for her patients.
